ELLIE
I grew up in St Albans and completed my Bachelor of Science at Bournemouth University in 2025, building on a long-standing interest in sport, health, and human performance.
I have a background in competitive swimming, having competed at national level during my younger years. While I no longer compete, I continue to stay actively involved in swimming for fitness, alongside regular gym training as part of an active lifestyle.
Alongside my work at Peak Physiotherapy, I am also completing my physiotherapy rotations within the NHS, further developing my clinical skills across a range of settings. In addition to physiotherapy appointments, I also provide sports massage treatment, supporting individuals with pre- and post-event recovery, muscle tension, and general wellbeing to enhance training and daily living.
My Qualifications
BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science, Bournemouth University (2025)
VTCT Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Massage (2024)
