Appointments are booked through Cliniko. If you make a booking, the information you enter is handled through the Cliniko booking system, subject to the clinic’s arrangements with that provider. Information about your health may be collected separately for the assessment and provision of physiotherapy care.
How we use your information
We use contact details to answer enquiries, discuss appointments and deliver services you request. We also use information where necessary for appointment administration, invoicing, insurance claims, legal obligations and appropriate clinical record keeping. Different lawful bases apply according to the purpose. When special-category health information is processed, additional UK GDPR conditions apply.
Who may receive information
We may use service providers for website hosting, email and secure practice management, including Cliniko. Where relevant to an appointment and permitted by law, information may be shared with healthcare practitioners, insurers or other parties involved in your care or payment.
